PHARMACIST

SALARY: US$ 83,000 – US$90,000
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Manages all Pharmacy department operations and hourly pharmacy associates.
Responsible for the achievement of customer service and financial objectives, as
well as adherance to professional practices.
Performs professional duties and responsibilities, associated with the processing
of prescriptions, to meet Company objectives and personally maintains a high level
of customer satisfaction.
Ensures prompt and courteous customer service by all hourly Pharmacy associates
Responsible for adherence to federal and state Pharmacy laws.
May serve as the Pharmacist in charge for licensing agreements.
Implements audit control procedures to ensure compliance with Company and
regulatory requirements.
Selects, hires and trains hourly Pharmacy Department associates.
Schedule Pharmacy Department hourly associates and maintains the time and
attendance.
